Abstract
Maxillary sinus bone graft is a reliable, preditable and well-documented technique and is generally accepted as a implant surgery procedure to facilitate placement of dental implant in the posterior atrophic maxilla due to the missing of tooth and maxillary sinus pneumatization. Sinus membrane perforation is the most popular complication during maxillary sinus surgery procedure for dental implant. Authors successfully repair the sinus membrane perforation with fibrin glue during the maxillary sinus bone graft with simultaneous dental implant installation.
